Cannot create a new connection

After installing SP2 , all the dial-up network connections went missing. So I tried to re-input and got this error message...<<< Unable to create the specified connection. This can be caused by insufficient memory or not enough disk space ..>>>. Check my disk space and it shows 1.7 GB.

I wrongly install the beta version of SP2. Therefore I'm going to uninstall XP SP2 and revert back to the original OS.

Thanks and cheers...
