Message when in outlook - "A program is trying to access email addresses in your outlook address book". How do you find out what program is trying to access your addresses?

What a windows security update? If so why doesn't my other PC's have this message?
not sure which security update specifically causes this but are you sure the office in your other pcs are not updated as this ?
Do you have any synchronization software for a PDA or Mobile Phone installed? If so, this programs may try to access your outlook.
If you have set the option in Outlook to use Microsoft Word as your email editor, this will cause this message to appear.
