HP LaserJet 5SI not printing from trays 2 & 3

I can print from the manual feed with no problem.  I noticed in trays 2 & 3 the paper rises into place, it sounds as if it is going to print but the pick up rollers do not turn.  I installed a maintenance kit and replaced the input assembly and it still shows 13.2 error (paper jam).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I figured out the problem.  There is a roller underneath the manual feed tray but after the pickup rollers for the tray.  There is a spring under that roller that was not seated correctly.  I reseated it and ran test pages from every tray several times and it works.
