Why Sygate, Norton and others block Internet Connection....

 Hello,


 It happens to me once again and it happens to my customer today , i install the sygate again after it fails on me , and yesterday there was no access for internet in my computer and i was looking the sygate in the task bar and it wasnt there now since the last time i fix the problem disabling the sygate i uninstall it this time and it works!! what is causing this to happens?

 Also it seems that is happening with the norton ... i would like to know if the problem is some kind of spyware or what s disabling the firewall and at the same time blocking the internet access. The only way to unlock it its uninstalling
