How to create a SSL certificate to access a Citrix CSG/NFUSE setup?

Ok... I have this problem, which I shouldnt have had if I only had put the right date on the reminder in my schedule.
(My system provider which normally helps me with stuff like this is busy for a week so I have a non working system because I forgot to ask him to create my new certificate before he was all booked up) - my bad!

My certificate for accesing our Citrix CSG/NFUSE setup has expired and I need to create a new certificate that I can hand out to my employess, so they can access the system.

Now my question is: How do I do this?

I believe I have to issue the certificate from my CSG server, but I cant seem to find the way to do it.
Iam trying to use the "Microsoft Certificate Services" installed on my CSG server, and I have read this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/planning/security/cawebsteps.asp

But cant seem to create the certificate file that I need for all computers accessing this.
Basicly I need a Citrix expert to tell me what to do to make a new certificate.

Thanks in advance!

ASKER

Solution was:
Request a new certificate from the NFUSE server.
Copy the text from the request and use it issuing a new serverside certificate on the CSG server.
Install certificate on client computers.
