Zoom X5

I have a Zoom X5 router I finally set it up so one computer access the internet with my broadband connection (Win XP pro)

I have plugged my Mac in (OS 9.1) and can access the internet via this router How do I file share between the mac and windows pc's

I have enabled sharing on the mac and sharing on a folder (my Pictures) on the windows PC but don't know how to transfer the files?

Any Ideas I cant seem to see folder on the other computers
