lsass.exe error?

Computers on my LAN suddently show a popup window notice that :

lsass.exe error...
The computer will shutdown in 60s. Please close all programs.

This notice appear randomly.
I can't understant what's happen? May be virus?
Have you ever experience this problem before?Could you give me a direction about this.
