Dreamweaver MX 2004 shows an error

I am using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 in windos Xp professional. It is working perfectly but yesterday onwards it shows an erron when I open any html file in dreamweaver. The error is as follows.
**********************************************************************************
While executing onLoad inn Design Notes_onOpen.htm, the following error(s) occurres:

In file ""Design Notes_onOpen""
ReferenceError:onOpen is not defined
**********************************************************************************

But after two, three dialog boxes it's working perfectly.
Thanks in advance.

Dreamweaver itself has some HTML and JS files that make its userinterface (menus, etc.) The error relates to one of them.
For now, try this:
First go to C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX 2004\Configuration\Commands and save the whole folder somewhere. Then download these files:
http://ssrc.tums.ac.ir/EE/Design Notes_onOpen.js
http://ssrc.tums.ac.ir/EE/Design Notes_onOpen.htm
and save them in your C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX 2004\Configuration\Commands (or any similar folder, based on where you've installed Dreamweaver.)
If it asked for overwrite, press yes.
I hope it solves that for you.
Report anything that happened.
Wish I can help

Something remained! Note that you save the htm and the JS file with their current names (Design Notes_onOpen) and no other name. For your ease I created a ZIP archive that you can download, and then extract to your Dreamwervaer MX 2004\Configuration\Commands folder.
Here is the link:
