Count total number of duplicates and non duplicates in a column

How would I provide a field in a report that would count the total number of duplicates and add another field to my report that would count the total number of non duplicates for instance

23333
23333
23333
11111

Total for duplicates - 3

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use a running total

Open the report
Click INSERT --> RUNNING TOTAL
Click NEW (may have to right click RUNNING TOTAL)
Name - countDupes
Field to summarize - YourField
Type of summary - count

Execute - Use a formula
{table.YourField} = Previous({table.YourField}) OR
{table.YourField} = Next({table.YourField})
Reset - Never

A similar total can be used for the other
Formula
{table.YourField} <> Previous({table.YourField}) AND
{table.YourField} <> Next({table.YourField})

When I use th 'reset- never' field an error message states that 'The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula'

Reset - Never is not part of the formula. It's the last setting  on the Running total screen after you set your formula.
