500 Point Linked Server Issue
I have a SQL Server database that has a bunch of linked servers on it to some Progress databases on an AIX server. They're just linked using the MSDASQL provider, and we're using the Intersolv Sequelink ODBC driver for Progress. I'm trying to use the SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY(dsn, 'select * from table') functionality. The problem is that if I run the code in a standard program on my machine as a logged in user, then it works fine. If I try to run it inside the web server (using the IWAM_ acount), I get an error message that says:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
[OLE/DB provider returned message: [INTERSOLV][ODBC SequeLink driver][SequeLink Client]The host user does not exist.]
Has anyone seen this? How do I get around it?
Thanks in advance.
