reply arrow
Hello everyone, I have a problem with a outlook 2000 application where a user is replying or forwarding emails and it does not mark it with arrow. It suppose to get an arrow for reply and an arror for forward emails

the envelop icon is already there, the only problem is that status on the envelop doesnt change, it doesnt add the arrow after reply or forward and also the email is deleted after its been replied or forward.

We deleted her profile and recreated and everything is back to nomal. thanx for the replys.
Do this
open outlook
go to inbox
go to view --> current view --> customize current view
go to fields
and on the left click on ICON and add it to the right
now press OK and come out
Now reply to an email in the inbox and you should see the status with an envelope icon
