Best & lowest latency JMS?

I'm looking for input on what is the best  and lowest latency JMS product?

    the cheapest offcourse will be JBOSS as it is open source
    the most famous Messaging used in Enterprises (inlcuding JMS and other) is Websphere MQ
    Also if u have Oracle8i or higher it include advanced Queueing and provides support for JMS
