MIPS is CPU that can not run WinXP...
And as far as I understand Java, it is interpretor and not compiler...
What are you trying to achieve ?

    Accepted Solution

You can use MIPS C++ cross-compiler to create MIPS assembler listing from c++ file.
However, I am familiar only with GCC MIPS cross-compiler for Linux.
