Access denied in configuring device of fax service manager

Hi All,

Whenever I go to my fax service manager, I cannot disable my fax from sending or receiving fax. I always get the message "access denied". How can I enable the access rights?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check if you have network policies in your domain, in case there are policies you have to change it in order to be able to use the fax on the pc, try logging in as local admin to check if it works

I've enabled the user of domain account to have local administrator rights and she can enable fax to receive and send now whenever she login to the domain. However, I can't find policies that controls the enabling of the send and receive of the fax service manager at the domain controller. If anyone knows please let me know.

Check on ur Management Console if you are running one, or create a script that enables her to use the fax when she logs in the network
