what would be an approximat price for this Cisco PIX, how complicated is it to configure

I am in the UK and over here they are 350 pounds for a basic one with a 50 machine license (the number of machines behind each PIX). You can also get a 10 user PIX501.
There is a good summary of specs here:-
http://www.s2s.ltd.uk/browse.cgi?database=cisco&get=Cisco+Secure+PIX+Firewall+Chassis
I would expect one would cost around $600 in the USA.

that a bit out of my range of price 750$ - 800$ canadian each, linksys befvp41 will have to do, in your experience is it reliable?
They are pretty good. I have a BEFSX41 at home and I have not had any problems with it and have used the Windows and Cisco VPN client behind it without problems.
If you get them I suggest you do a search for 'befvp41 vpn' on this forum ;-

You will probably want to upgrade to the latest firmware.

acording to linksys website the befsx41 is an vpn end router, if i understand right it doesn't create a vpn connection it only allow you to access one
The BEFSX41 allows you to create up to 2 VPN connections to the device itself. The BEFVP41 is similar except that it contains built in VPN accelerator hardware and supports far more VPN sessions.
