TurboPower Async Pro Documentation

Hello Experts,

I have been using Delphi for about 4 weeks now and I am learning. I need to create a simple Async terminal connection to a SCO Unix system, LOGIN and follow a menu to create an on screen listing of 2000 records that capture to a text file. The capture part seems easy, urn on the capture properties of the Async Pro terminal object but sending the login user id and password plus handling the screen responses is not clear. I do not see any documentation or help in the information I downloaded.

Does any have or know where can get TurboPower Async Pro documentation?
And/or does anyone have a similar app using Async Pro or some other free communication component I can use?

Async Pro including documentation is at

There are many other components that connect to the COM ports and send/receive data. You can even just use the Windows API, open the COM port as if it's just a file and read from and write to it. All these components are just wrappers around the Windows filesystem and some additional API calls that set the connection speed and stuff like that.
