On the printer's front panel, select the Support menu, then Improve Print Quality. Print the diagnostic test pages first; you'll probably find that some magenta jets are missing. Then run "Eliminate light stripes" up to 3 times to clean the jets. Do NOT print anything except the diagnostics pages between the 3 cleans, or they will not be effective. If that still does not help, switch the printer off for at least 2 hours (overnight is better) and try again.

If a large number of magenta jets are missing, I'll bet you are using 3rd- party inks. In that case, your printer's had it. Those inks sometimes leave a deposit in the jets that clogs them permanently.
