Invalid Custom Toolbar message

When I right click (half the time inadvertantly) on a form, I keep getting the message:

The custom toolbar XXXXX  is the wrong type (menu, shortcut menu, or toolbar) for the property it's being used in.

This was caused because earlier I was trying to learn something about this feature and succeeded in finding the property and assigning the XXXXX toolbar to it.   Now I can't find the property again to remove it!

Question:  Where is this property located, and how can it be accessed and modified?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
