hi wrznet0
have you tryed just loging off and back on
Hello Weznet0,

I am afraid its not possible without a reboot, have a look at the following article:

However, when you have multiple "system locales" and languages installed. You would see a small icon on your taskbar, that looks like an "E" when you right click on the E, it would give you some options, one of them would be to "restore language bar" enable this. Then on the top right hand corner of your active window, a language bar would appear, from there you can switch "input locales" on the fly.

To turn on the Language bar, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
3. Click Regional and Language Options.
4. Click the Languages tab, and then click Details.
5. On the Settings tab, click Language Bar.
6. Click to select the Show the Language bar on the desktop check box, and then click OK.
7. Click OK to close the Text Services and Input Languages dialog box.

Thanks and Good Luck

I use programs and tool which are use system font and writen with differens languages (like as Lithuanian and Russian)
Do you not have the language icon near your clock if you do you should be able to switch without reboot.
You may have to adjust the language bar in regional settings

yes, but wrznet wants to do it without a reboot, as I said earlier, as per Microsoft, its not possible to do it without a reboot
