How to grant send as permisstion to allow one user to send emails from outlook using another user's email address.

When the user composes the new message in outlook 2003, in the FROM field, he wants to use another user's email address or the email address alias to him. So the recipient will only see the other user's email address.  Currently the system doesn't allow me to do this.

    Have you granted the first user send as permissions on the second user's account?
