What is the CNAME?
CNAME means 'Canonical Name' and is essentially an alias for your domain. Based on my research, cpanel doesn't have this option. You'll have to ask your webhosting provider to add one for you. Just ask them to add a CNAME record for: pointing to

they will know how to do this.
