After you fix this problem, go to this webpage to download eTrust EZ Armor.  Everyone should have antivirus software AND a firewall.  Normally it's $49.95 but there's a special so you can get it for FREE, no strings attached.

First perform an online virus scan to determine whether or not it is a virus:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Or
http://www.pcpitstop.com/antivirus/default.asp

If it's not a virus then it could be spyware or adware, in which case I want you to download those other links above.

The other choice is to do a System Restore.
Start Menu>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

What do you mean when you say "not connection to internet"?  You have broadband right, so that means your connected practically 100% of the time your computer is on.  Unless you disabled your network card.  By the way, what happens when you boot up in safe mode?

By the way, the next time you go online go to task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and click on the Networking Tab>View>Select Columns>put a checkmark in Bytes Sent and Bytes Received>click on OK.  The reason your computer's connection may seem worse than dialup is because some spyware or something might be using up your broadband connection.  Pay attention to Bytes Sent (Amount of data uploaded)
