Well, thanks for the info, but I am noit in US. I am in UAE. Do you have any info on carriers that are here in UAE.

I don't know if any of them are in UAE though.

Region wise, as i said i am in UAE. Also its just that, i want a service similar to Net 2 phone, i.e i got to make a call over the net that will help me reduce calls that i do internatinally.  The basic aim here is to reduce cost for International calls while making it easier for my end-users to make calls through their computers OR phone sets

Understand that you are originating calls from UAE but just saying International is okay for the old PSTN, but IP based voice services do not extend into every region of every country. So calls orginating from UAE; but do you have a majority of calls you make to a paticular number/country? Once this is determined we can use that as a baseleine to decide which provider might provide the best service for your needs.

Well, Most of my calls go to Sub Continent (lets say 30%) Mid East Asia(20%) South East Asia(China, Malaysia, Indonesia etc..) 20%, US (15%) and Europe (15%). So you can see, that a lot of calls are made internationally and basically all round.
