Looking for a solution to reduce costs for International calls

Dear Experts,
I am looking for solution that can help me reduce costs for internatinal calls to my customer. Basically on a similar scale to like VOIP (like Net 2 phone etc..) but on a corporate scale. So any advises, suggestions will be highly appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ovais,

If you are looking to use a VoIP service from US to INternational, I have been happy with www.iconnecthere.com, but they may not be what you are looking for. Here is a lsit of just about all the available VoIP carriers:

http://www.iptelephony.org/frame/how_fax.html

Let me know if you need additional info?

Kindest regards

Hi

You could take a look at the list of service providers at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-VOIP+Service+Providers
I don't know if any of them are in UAE though.

Hope this helps

Movais,

The link at iptelephony lists providers thruought the world. Unfortunalty not every carrier extends to every place, what ares are you looking to specifcally cover?

Region wise, as i said i am in UAE. Also its just that, i want a service similar to Net 2 phone, i.e i got to make a call over the net that will help me reduce calls that i do internatinally.  The basic aim here is to reduce cost for International calls while making it easier for my end-users to make calls through their computers OR phone sets

Understand that you are originating calls from UAE but just saying International is okay for the old PSTN, but IP based voice services do not extend into every region of every country. So calls orginating from UAE; but do you have a majority of calls you make to a paticular number/country? Once this is determined we can use that as a baseleine to decide which provider might provide the best service for your needs.

Kindest regards

Well, Most of my calls go to Sub Continent (lets say 30%) Mid East Asia(20%) South East Asia(China, Malaysia, Indonesia etc..) 20%, US (15%) and Europe (15%). So you can see, that a lot of calls are made internationally and basically all round.
Any suggestion
Best ...
