XP Pro - Stop error only when I am doing a chkdsk. FS_Rec.SYS error?

I am getting a Blue Screen error ( Stop Error) when I am running chkdsk .
The error is FS_Rec.SYS. Can anyone help?

The above is the complete error I get when I run chkdsk. I only get it when I run chkdsk?
I can restart after the error and boot up fine, and run fine. But every time I run chkdsk I get the

This is something that I havn't seen before. A solution is for Window NT, not XP Pro in the knowledge base at Microsoft.
If someone has an answer, it would be appreciated.
