3D Mark 05 Pro Won't Run

Hey! I just got 3DMark05 Proffessional, and I ran it, only to find this error message:

lDirect3DDevice9::CreatePixelShader failed: Invalid call (D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)

I have the newest graphics drivers and version of DirectX, as well. My system specs are as follows:
