Set GIF Transparent Color using Microsoft Photo Manager

Hello,
I installed Microosft Office 2003. I found that Microsoft Photo Editor is replaced by Microsoft Photo Manager. How can I set Transparent color of a GIF file using it? I did this task in Microsoft Photo Editor easily.

Thanks
