outlook deleted folder shows no name under the from heading
I have a wierd problem. Lately when I go into my deleted folder and look at the recent messages I notice that under the from section there is no name, of the sender, listed for some messages. There are also appears to be a least 2 copies of this message in the deleted box even though I only deleted one from my inbox.
Basically I have mulitple copies of the same message and several have no sender listed under the from heading,
How do I get rid of this?

Does it matter even if you drag and drop the message from inbox to deleted items folder..
have you checked a pattern for what all emails this happen
if you transfer that email from inbox to outbox or sent items folder , do you still see the FROM

I am using outlook 2002
I use three POP3 accounts that can also be read via a web browser.
I have deleted the messages that have no from listed in my deleted box and they have come back.
the messages are from different email addresses. the ones that do not have a name listed in the from title do show the sender when you open up the email.
only in the deleted folder does this happen.
all updates that I can get have already been applied.
on a side note, I was also having another problem with outloo; It repeatedley downloaded messages already in my INBOX. So literally one minute I would see that I read all my messages and then bamm I would get a second and even third copy of the same message. i stopped this by changing a selection in the email account settings to not keeping a copy of the message on the remote server. this worked but now the only copy of my emails is at my primary computer. that sucks but seems to have fixed it.
