Steady green light on the mobo, but the "diag" light flashes red, about once every second or so.
Power button will turn the machine on, cooling fan spins...
Please - any ideas as to what's wrong with the system?
I don't have the original mobo manual, and the online one from Intel's site
 isn't too detailed...

Any beeps? Anything come on screen?

I would check that both memory and AGP card (if installed) are fully in place, also check that all PCI cards are fully in place.
Try and move the memory to another slot.

Board is probably bad. Pull memory for beep codes. If no beeps are heard then board is likely bad.

Turned out that it was a bad HDD.  When I replaced it, the machine POSTed just fine.
  Thanks...
