How to dd custom control to toolbar

Hi All,

I found this LCD CStatic derived control which can be seen here:

I would like to put this control into a toolbar at the bottom of my main frame.  Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?  Do you think this will be a fairly easy project to do?  Any help/examples would be greatly appreciated.
