I am getting this error on a Xerox NC60 printer.

I have reset the factory defaults and I am still getttin this error.
Any suggestions would be great thanks.

    It sounds as if the non-volatile memory in the printer is faulty, implying the processor board or at least the NVRAM needs replacing. Time to call a technician.

    Sounds like the NVram data is corrupt, or the backup battery has failed.
    As hdhondt says, you need a technician. It may just be a case of reflashing the system NVram.

    Try the network defaults as well. There is NVRAM data from them as well.
    Network Defaults: Reset all NVM parameters associated with the Ethernet and Token Ring interfaces to factory defaults. Print a Configuration Page located under the Print Menu before restoring Network Defaults.
