Can't open Disk Management in Windows 2000 Server

When i try to open Disk Management. I get the following message "the specified service does not exist as an installed service"
The Logical Disk Manager service is started... Any ideas ???

Is it a Dell system ?? and were you ever able to open Disk Management in the past ??
I mean has this problem started recently ??

Yes it is a DEll 1400SC Server and i'm not sure if it worked before because this is the first time i ever used this system....

Dell machines come with their own disk management program, i think tis called Array Manager..... it can be accessed from somewhere in Start>All Programs
this program replaces the windows disk management and that's the reason its disabled and you cannot open it..... so in short you shoudl try using that Array manager thingie! :)

It's Veritas Array Manager... And it can't open either.. Any ideas
