2000 Machine does not accept all of 128 key

Trying to setup a 2000 machine to use an exisiting network, but when I try and enter the full key it won't take all of the key.

Cam anyone advise?

What key are you referring to?  Are you trying to join this machine to a domain?  Please provie more info.

Are you trying to access a wireless network?  That is what I am understanding, am I correct?  What type of software do you have?  In order to answer your question I will need more info :)

Yes trying to enter WEP key into the existing wireless connection.  Its a Dell XP MAchine.
