In a C# Windows Application.......how can I upload a text file to a server on the internet

Then later...how can I download that file?

I guess I am describing an FTP client..........but one that is VERY VERY limited...just upload to location and dowload from location

Surely Jaimon Mathew has done a good job.
But here you will find modified FTP client library which include  asynchronous operations and recursive Upload
