Samsung YH-920 MP3 Player: Drivers crazy?

I have a brand new Samsung YH-920 mp3 player. I downloaded the "current" driver file, unzipped it, but XP does not recognize the unzipped file as a .inf file. In fact, it gives it no file extension at all. When I try to update the driver, and point it right at the file, it says that the file does not contain the driver information i need.

Also, if anyone knows anything about Audible.com files, I really need help! The Samsung is compatible with Audio files, but when I download a file to the player (using Audible's program) it appears to have transferred, but then when i go to play it on the player it locks it up and the thing has to be manually reset. AND when i go back to Audible it shows the file is still on the player, but now it is about 1/10th the size it was originally, i.e., an 8 hour file suddenly has been chopped to a 50 minute file or so. But regardless, it won't play and just locks up the Samsung. I can honestly say that neither Audible nor Samsung is worth a damn on their customer support for this thing. Help??!!
