Comparison of motion detection

suppose we have two picture(video frames) and we want to convert this picture in binary form and then compare this two picture if they matched the result is TRUE otherwise false

plz tell me how can i do that in C#(wanna code)

    See the "catch it" screen in my above mentioend article it has three pictureboxes which will have Video Frames
