Cross-Server Poll Software

I need a CGI or PHP program that I can install on both Linux and Windows servers for creating and managing online polls.

I have been using the paid version of for polls for my customers but I would rather install the software and host it on my servers myself.

The polls need to be configurable and customizable, but I am talking about just simple polls, not complete surveys.  I just want visitors to be able to go to a site, answer a multiple choice question, and see some stats.

Can anyone point me to a program that meets these specs?  Cost is not as much an object as quality.

350 points because I need to get this set up ASAP.  Thanks!

There are a lot of scripts to go through there, but you may want to start with X-Poll (, which is pretty good.
