I have a toshiba 4010 that has all of a sudden had the arrow keys and the backslash keys stop working.  I just upgraded tp xp pro service pack 2 but I can't remember which happened first.  Does Toshiba have a keyboard diagnostics program with its system software, to check if the keyboard is defective or if I have a driver issue?

Any Ideas

Boot to Dos and then do some typing. If you just boot to straight dos you won't have any keyboard drivers loaded and then you can test the keys.
