HP Laserjet 4300 Printing 'dirty'

My Laserjet 4300 just started printing pages with two black lines down the center.  They are irregular lines that look like there is some ink in the machine.  The 4300 is only one year old.

I have tried:
*Cleaning any of the rollers that I can see with a roller cleaner fluid
*Changing toner to a brand new cartridge
*Buying one of those moistened paper path cleaners for laser printers and running the cleaning page through the printer a few times.

None of this has resolved the problem.  Anyone know how I can access the internal rollers of the machine, or any other ideas on how to solve this?

By changing the toner cartridge you have eliminated a whole bunch of options and questions.

The only component left is the fuser. This is a unit that would include the internal rolers you seek. These are normally replaced as a unit included with the printer maintenance kit.
Your first step should be to check on the warranty.

These rollers are not accessable easily and will void any warranty you may have. Normally the fuser has a long life of 250,000-300,000 pages not normal traffic in one year on a 4300 although it is possible.

If its is expired the maintenance kit becomes the viable answer. Detailed intructions should be included with the kit on how to access the fuser unit and replace the rollers.

The fuser can be accessed through the back of the unit.  If you decide to access the internal rollers, the maintenance kit may become an unavoidable option if you are not extremely careful. Although this unit is not delicate, the rollers do require some synchronization and could be permanantly disrupted.

Search the internet for hp 4300 maintenance kit to get vendors and pricing.

If any expert wants to submit a possible walkthrough to cleaning the fuser please remember to use great care.
