Imail Anti-Spam Best Practices

I am the admin for an 80 user Imail email server(version 8.14) and am currently trying to decide which anti-spam measures to implement.  One of my options is to turn on a setting called, "Verify MAIL FROM address".  What I fear is that this will result in a large # of legitimate emails being rejected?

I also have the options of "Perform reverse DNS lookup for connecting server" and "Verify HELO/EHLO domain?

Does anyone have any experience with these settings or any advice in general?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The anti-spam tools in iMail are OK, but not nearly as effective and some of the add-ons.  Personally, I recommend that yo browse to http://www.declude.com and download the trial version.  Absolutely one of the best investments we ever made.
