I have an HP 720C Deskjet printer. It does not print satisfactorily in color. I've tried two color cartridges. When I print the color test sheet with one cartridge, after cleaning it, the yellow is missing. When I print the color test sheet with the other cartridge, after cleaning it, the green and yellow are missing. The printer is about six years old. Any suggestions as to what the problem is.

Color Printing Problem
