I have an application on a server and i want a couple of end users using the xp remote connect tool to access the application.

The issues is, i dont want the end users to have access to everything on the server, just only the application. Whats the way to enforce this restriction.

Group Policy, logon scripts???????

    Hi zodiacadm,
Well yes one simple way is to simply make a new group policy object which only applies to the group of users you are talking about. Edit that group policy object and go to User Configuration. From there you can pretty much lock it down to where the user has the icon of the shortcut to the application on their desktop and they can access nothing else. Group policy is the way to go though in your situation.Cheers!
