SonicWall SOHO3 firmware file

Can anyone provide me with a firmware file for a SOHO3 appliance?  The firewall was installed a couple of years ago by a guy who is no longer with the company.  We are changing Internet providers so we need to edit the IP and DNS info.

Of course, nobody in the office knows the admin password so we can't make the changes.  We could perform a factory reset, but that erases the firmware.  The CD that came with the SOHO3 contains the firmware to recover after a reset, but the CD and original packaging is long gone. To make matters worse, SonicWall will not allow you to download their firmware file until you login to mysonicwall.com with a registered product serial number.

Just like the admin password, nobody knows the username and password to login to mysonicwall.com

I thought I would simply create a new account on the web site but when I tried to register our serial number, the web site complains that the serial number has already been registered.

SonicWall customer service is supposed to be correcting this so that we can register the serial number again, but after 48 hours I'm stll waiting for a response . . .

So I'm stuck.  I can't edit the firewall.  I can't perform a reset without blowing away the current firmware.  I can't download new firmware from the SonicWall web site.

If anyone has a firmware file that they could post somewhere or email it would save me a great deal of frustration.
