I have an Exchange 2000 Server.<br />
<br />
The users are complaining that even though in their web options they have Contacts selected for the default Check Names First Against, they still can't search their contacts.<br />
<br />
I've tried it out and it just won't switch over to using their contacts, it uses the Global Address List.<br />

I have SP3 loaded, but thats bout it, not sure if i need anything else to patch it up.<br />

I found this site and tried selecting the option in the outlook client but it didn't fix the problem.<br />
