How To Measure LAN Ethernet Bandwidth ...

Hi:

I want to try an experiment.  I want to put TWO PCs on a 10/100Mbps SWITCH.
Each PC will have a 10/100 NIC.  Both PCs will be running Windows XP OS (SP2).
The switch is a full-duplex auto-sensing 10/100 SoHo switch.

I want to 'transfer' several LARGE files from the one PC to the other PC.  I want
to measure the time it takes the file(s) to go from one PC to the other PC when
the NICs and switch are set at 10Mbps, then 100Mbps, and finally 100Mbps in full-duplex.

I have all the equipment necessary to do this, but I have no software to do the different measurements.
Can you please tell me the name of a 'simple' program I could install on either one or both PCs that
will do what it is that I am trying to do?

Thanks in advance!
