I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. These classes are utility classes that can be used to convert "4-liners" into one line. (Creating a connection, creating a command running it and returning it etc...)

They have several utility functions that allow you to retrieve a resultset from an oracle db with only one line of code (Well you still need to enter all information on that one line) but after all  its a handy class. The parameter cache is a parameter cache (havent used it yet) The functions are heavily overloaded so you can use stringsor objects in almost all combinations...

Hope this helps :)
Take a look here for more information (They are called "Data Access Application Block for .NET")
