Microsoft Data Access Application Block

Hi All

I posted a query few hrs back regarding Microsoft Data Access Application Block .
Now i need one more help There are many  methods defined inside the SqlHelper.vb. like ExecuteReader.How do u know in what context we should use these methods and i want to know web site which explains about these methods in detail and tells me in what context we can use them.
