Our WinTerm users are having issues with the Num Lock and Caps Lock keys flashing. &nbsp;When this happens, equal signs (=) appear and the terminal locks up. &nbsp;Sometimes the user can right-click the mouse several times and it will go back to normal; however, sometimes the WinTerm has to be restarted. &nbsp;I cannot seem to find the cause or solution to this problem. &nbsp;Any help is greatly appreciated.
