Citrix and WinTerms

Our WinTerm users are having issues with the Num Lock and Caps Lock keys flashing.  When this happens, equal signs (=) appear and the terminal locks up.  Sometimes the user can right-click the mouse several times and it will go back to normal; however, sometimes the WinTerm has to be restarted.  I cannot seem to find the cause or solution to this problem.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was just searching around on the Citrix site and it appears that there are lots of issues with winterms and the numlock/caps lock keys.  The solution that most people found was to upgrade the build (BIOS) on the winterms.
