I currently have a symbol ppt 2800 pocket pc running pocket pc 2002 and need to know how to restore the original factory software. &nbsp;I was in the process of installing an application using activesync and did not sync all the files before the following error popped up.<br />

&quot;cannot find 'AppCenter' or one of its components. &nbsp;Make sure the path and the filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.&quot;<br />

Appcenter is the name of the application I was trying to install but now that error pops up and I cannot navigate anywhere without seeing that popup error. &nbsp;I have already tried a warm and cold reset and those both did not work. &nbsp;I need to restore it to the factory settings and wipe out all of the current components of AppCenter. &nbsp;For some reason when I cold reset the components of Appcenter are still there and will not delete. <br />
