Symbol PPT 2800 Pocket PC OS Error

I currently have a symbol ppt 2800 pocket pc running pocket pc 2002 and need to know how to restore the original factory software.  I was in the process of installing an application using activesync and did not sync all the files before the following error popped up.

Appcenter.exe
"cannot find 'AppCenter' or one of its components.  Make sure the path and the filename are correct and all the required libraries are available."

Appcenter is the name of the application I was trying to install but now that error pops up and I cannot navigate anywhere without seeing that popup error.  I have already tried a warm and cold reset and those both did not work.  I need to restore it to the factory settings and wipe out all of the current components of AppCenter.  For some reason when I cold reset the components of Appcenter are still there and will not delete.

Thank you very much.

HI Phanppd !!

Try this,
1) Disconnect the PocketPC
2) Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the Activesync program.
3) Go to www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/ and download Activesync 3.5 (or the latest one)
4) Install Activesync and leave the PocketPC unplugged. Program will complain that
no device is detected but this is ok.
5) Reboot the machine, start Activesync up and connect the PDA.
6) PDA should then detect normally.

Good luck!!
