Multi file editor

I have a site with multiple files.

Is there an editor that will let me make global changes in a set of files?

Now I load a file, make global changes, close it and do the next one.

It  is the same change for very file..

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Depends on where your site is hosted.

You can either use a wysiwyg editor such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver, which have this capability built-in, or Server Side includes in PHP, ASP, etc.
This means that the same file is included in every page dynamically, so you only change that file once.

Please advise which route is preferable for you...

If all you want to do is simply open the files up in an editor.
and say replace this line in every file:

<a href="http:// some line here /">Some link here</a>
And have it do them "All" and then have the ability to [Save All]
Then their is a program that I have been using for years, to do just that.
Called: CuteHTML
Information page: http://www.cuteftp.com/cutehtml/
Download Page: ftp://ftp.globalscape.com/pub/cutehtml/cutehtml.exe

This program will allow you to open as many pages as you wish.
I have had 1,105 pages opened. (That is right, 1,105 pages opened)
And needed to changed "15 Lines" of code in Every page.
It allowed me to do this, and only took about 1 minute to replace the content
In all 1,105 pages.

Great program, worth the little money that they want for it.
But has a 30 day trial.

Take Care now.
