Besides these php.ini settinga
upload_max_filesize
post_max_filesize
max_input_time
max_execution_time

What other settings in the php.ini file would you recommend for uploading files larger than 1MB to a MySQL database ?
What about timeout settings, persistent links ?
I am getting a MySQL server has gone away message and I want to make sure everything is setup on the PHP side before asking the Experts about more MySQL settings. I am new to sysntax so if you can give me some good examples.
Thanks,

'post_max_filesize'  is incorrect. it should be  'post_max_size'
The value you set here should be larger than the value given for 'upload_max_filesize'

also you may need to set  'memory_limit'  to an even larger value.

Wht do you keep asking questions afbout the scripting language PHP in the topic area for the database MySQL ?
